Bouncers maintain order, safety, and security in clubs, events, hotels, and public gatherings by controlling entry, monitoring crowd behavior, and intervening in case of disturbances. They act as the first line of defense against unruly conduct and potential threats.
Check IDs and control guest entry to ensure compliance with age and entry rules.
Maintain crowd control inside and outside the venue.
Monitor for signs of intoxication, aggression, or illegal activity.
Safely escort disruptive individuals out of the premises.
Cooperate with venue management and local authorities when needed.
Provide first aid or assist during emergencies.
Ensure VIP and staff safety where required.
Education:
Minimum 10th–12th pass (higher education preferred).
Skills & Attributes:
Physical strength and stamina.
Good situational awareness and quick decision-making.
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and disciplined demeanor.
Additional Requirements:
Police verification and clean background record.
Training in self-defense, martial arts, or security preferred.
