  • Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism (optional but valued)

  • Language skills: Good command of English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)

  • Training: Most airlines provide 6–8 weeks of in-house training covering safety, first aid, and service standards.

Typical eligibility criteria:

  • Age: 18–27 years (varies by airline)

  • Height: Minimum ~155 cm (female), ~170 cm (male) — varies by airline

  • Weight: Proportionate to height

  • Vision: Usually 6/6 (with or without correction)

  • Appearance: Well-groomed, no visible tattoos/piercings (except earrings for women)
