Role:

For Trainers:
Conduct training sessions in-person or online.
Assess learner needs and skill gaps.
Customize content to audience level and industry.
Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.
For Instructional Designers:
Analyze training needs and define learning objectives.
Design course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments.
Develop e-learning modules, videos, manuals, and job aids.
Use instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
Education:
Graduate degree in relevant field (Education, HR, Business, or subject-specific discipline).
Certifications like Train-the-Trainer (TTT), Instructional Design Certificate, or L&D certifications are advantageous.
Skills:
Strong subject matter expertise.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (for Trainers).
Content creation and curriculum design skills (for IDs).
Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Canva, LMS).
Communication, adaptability, and assessment skills.
