Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Office Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office activities.

  • Maintain office infrastructure, supplies, and vendor relationships.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of IT, security, and facility services.

2. Team Supervision

  • Manage administrative and clerical staff.

  • Assign tasks, set performance targets, and conduct appraisals.

3. Process & Policy Implementation

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.

4. Budget & Resource Management

  • Prepare and manage administrative budgets.

  • Monitor expenses and optimize resource use.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Liaise between departments and management.

  • Handle official correspondence and documentation.


Requirements:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred for large organizations).

  • Skills:

    • Leadership & team management.

    • Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.

    • Proficiency in MS Office or office management software.

    • Budgeting & cost control.

    • Problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Experience: 3–7 years in administrative or office management roles.


Salary (India):

 

  • Mid-level: ₹40,000–₹80,000/month.
