Human Resources (HR) Executives are responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and policy compliance. They act as a link between management and staff, ensuring a smooth and healthy work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers for role requirements.

  • Issue offer letters and handle joining formalities.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address grievances and resolve workplace issues.

  • Organize employee engagement activities.

  • Maintain employee satisfaction and morale.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Process payroll, attendance, and leave management.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate sessions.

  • Track employee performance and growth.


Requirements:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

    • Knowledge of labor laws & HR software.

    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

    • Organizational & multitasking skills.

  • Training: HR certifications like SHRM, HRCI, or PG Diploma in HR can be an advantage.


Salary (India):

 

  • Entry-level: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month.

  • Experienced: ₹40,000–₹70,000+/month.

  • Senior HR Manager: ₹80,000–₹1.5 lakh+/month.
