Source, screen, and interview candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers for role requirements.
Issue offer letters and handle joining formalities.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Organize employee engagement activities.
Maintain employee satisfaction and morale.
3. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Process payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate sessions.
Track employee performance and growth.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws & HR software.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Organizational & multitasking skills.
Training: HR certifications like SHRM, HRCI, or PG Diploma in HR can be an advantage.
Entry-level: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month.
Experienced: ₹40,000–₹70,000+/month.
