  • Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Logistics

  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Hindi (extra languages are a plus)

  • Training: Many airlines/aviation academies provide 3–6 month courses in ground handling, ticketing, and customer service.

  • Height/weight: No strict limits (unlike cabin crew), but must be well-groomed and presentable.
