Education:
For school teachers: Bachelor’s degree + B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification).
For college/university: Master’s/PhD in the subject area.

Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
Certifications (Optional): TEFL/TESOL for English teachers, Montessori training for preschool teachers, etc.
School teachers: ₹15,000–₹35,000/month (higher in private/international schools).
College lecturers: ₹40,000–₹80,000+/month.
Overseas: ₹60,000–₹1,50,000+/month (plus accommodation & benefits, depending on country).
