  • Document Handling

    • Draft letters, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

 

  • Education: 12th pass minimum; a diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or secretarial practice is preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication.

    • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

    • Time management and multitasking.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Discretion with confidential matters.

  • Training:

    • Secretarial or office administration courses (6 months–1 year).

    • Typing speed: 40–60 WPM recommended.


Salary (India):

 

  • Entry-level: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month.

  • Experienced: ₹30,000–₹60,000+/month.

  • Executive/Corporate Secretary: ₹50,000–₹1 lakh+/month.
