CCTV Operators are responsible for monitoring and reviewing live and recorded surveillance footage to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. They play a critical role in detecting suspicious activities and assisting security teams or law enforcement when required.
Monitor multiple CCTV camera feeds in real time.
Identify and track suspicious activities or individuals.
Record incidents and create accurate reports.
Maintain CCTV equipment and report faults promptly.
Coordinate with on-ground security staff during emergencies.
Archive and retrieve footage for investigations when needed.
Follow all privacy and data protection regulations.
Education:
Minimum 10th–12th pass.
CCTV operation or security systems certification preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and alertness.
Ability to multitask and remain focused for extended periods.
Familiarity with surveillance software and equipment.
Good communication skills for coordination with security teams.
Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
Additional Requirements:
Police verification and background check.
Knowledge of basic emergency protocols.
Entry-level: ₹12,000–₹20,000/month.
Experienced: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month.
Overseas/Gulf: ₹40,000–₹80,000+/month plus benefits.
