Mix and match paint colors according to specifications.
Apply paint, varnish, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
Ensure smooth and even finishes.
3. Detailing & Special Effects
Create textures, patterns, or decorative finishes.
Apply protective coatings (waterproofing, anti-rust).
4. Safety & Maintenance
Work at heights using ladders or scaffolding safely.
Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures from paint splatter.
Maintain tools and painting equipment.
Education: No formal degree; vocational training preferred.
Skills:
Knowledge of paints, coatings, and application techniques.
Color sense and attention to detail.
Physical stamina for long hours and heights.
Ability to follow safety guidelines.
Entry-level: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month.
Skilled: ₹18,000–₹28,000/month.
Overseas/Gulf: ₹35,000–₹60,000+/month (plus accommodation & benefits).
